Figure out what's important to you both and what kind of wedding you really want (watch this video to work it out)
Come up with a wedding mission statement that you can keep coming back to (watch the first video below if you’re not sure what this means)
Devise your budget - watch this video to work it out and use our sample budget spreadsheet
Calculate your estimated final guest count (watch this to work it out) as this is key to finding a venue!
Decide whether or not you want a wedding planner (if you are considering it, these are the questions to ask them).
Know what's non-negotiable for the two of you when you walk into the first conversation with your parents (watch this video to work it out)
Go on venue show rounds (this is what to ask on a show round) and find your ideal venue (watch this to work it out).
