  • You’ve had the most magical meaningful wedding and you’re on a high! Now it’s time to focus on your marriage, a year full of firsts, and creating a loving Jewish (or Jew-ish) home with your gorgeous new spouse!

You did it! You’re newly married and we want to hear ALL about it! Please post pictures from your wedding inside the Facebook group - I can’t wait to see!

It feels wonderful to be fabulously married but there’s still plenty to think about and deal with once the wedding is over. And it goes without saying that the Brides Club community is still very much here for you... for the first year of marriage and beyond!

Oh.. and I’d love you to be one of my ‘Newlywed Interview’ guests if you like the idea. This is one of the most popular Brides Club segments and planning brides would LOVE to hear your story. Do let me know if you want to take part.

Action steps:

  • Join Smashing Life - our supportive, fun Facebook community for life after the wedding.

  • Send out your thank-you notes (to people who helped with the wedding and for gifts)

  • Make sure your vendors have been paid in full.

  • If you loved your vendors, leave them reviews on yelp, social media, etc.

  • Ensure that rentals have been returned.

  • Get wedding gown cleaned and either store or sell/donate.

  • If you’re changing your name, take care of the paperwork (see our step-by-step resource for this below)

  • Submit your wedding to Smashing The Glass – I can’t wait to hear all about it!

  • Let me know if you want to be one of my Newlywed Interviewees to pay your knowledge  forward’ to planning brides-to-be!

  • Discuss any ‘life after the wedding’ topics inside the Facebook group. Absolutely nothing is off-limits in our confidential space.
